Two weeks before the National Conference, parents, teachers, sponsors, and event managers gathered for a send-off to celebrate and wish our competitors well. Kaleya Lapaix, a competitor from CIT, addressed the attendees, sharing the Prepared Speech she has written, refined, and competed with throughout the year, now ready to present at the National level.

Council partner B. Braun Medical, hosted and sponsored this event. In addition to providing a delicious breakfast, those attendees who were interested were taken on a tour of their plant. They learned about B. Braun’s mission, job opportunities, and see their manufacturing facility.
